Calcium Chloride Liquid 15ml
Liquid calcium chloride (30% solution) is a natural salt solution added to pasteurised milk to improve rennet coagulation properties for cheese making. Now packed in our beautiful frosted amber glass jars with dropper, the addition of this natural mineral reinstates the natural balance between calcium and protein in the milk that is lost during pasteurisation. During the heat treatment (pasteurisation), and rapid cooling of store-bought milk, the natural calcium content can be reduced, and thus by adding this solution you can go some way to compensate for this loss.
Dosage: The recommended dosage per 2 litres of milk is 5 drops.
