Booking Terms & Conditions

PUBLIC EVENTS

  1. No refunds

  2. Rescheduling / Rebooking ticket(s)
    2.1 Any changes to bookings for classes must be given in writing by email to info@omnomcheese.com
    2.2   8 days or more notice; your ticket(s) can be transferred to someone else of your choosing, or rescheduled to a different date and time
    2.2.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your class booking this will be rescheduled with your class at no charge.
    2.3 24 hours - 7 days notice; your ticket(s) can be rescheduled to a different date and time with a $39 pp rebooking fee. This fee must be paid in full to secure your spot in a new class.
    2.3.1 This fee also applies if you must isolate due to Covid
    2.3.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class, an additional $10 per board will apply to reschedule with your class booking
    2.4 Less than 24 hours notice; your ticket(s) will be forfeited
    2.4.1 This also applies if you must isolate due to Covid
    2.4.2 If you have purchased a Cheese Board(s) with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

  3. Your ticket(s) will be forfeited if you do not show up for your class
    3.1 If you have purchased a Cheese Board/s with your booking for your class this will be forfeited with your booking

  4. We reserve the right to cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not met. Classes will be cancelled and the attendees informed as soon as possible (with no less than 24 hours notice). Contact will be made by email to the purchaser of the ticket(s)

    4.1 If a class is cancelled due to minimum numbers not being met, a voucher to the amount of the ticket(s) purchased will be given to reschedule your class to a future date/time, or the voucher can be used to purchase cheese making supplies from our online store. Refunds will not be offered in this circumstance.

PRIVATE EVENTS

1. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time for a Private Class.

a. The deposit is due within 2 days from being issued - unless otherwise indicated by Omnom.

1.1 The balance of your invoice is due 28 days prior to your event date

a. If your event date is in less than 28 days, the total amount will be due two days from the issue of the invoice.

2. Reschedules and Cancellations:

2.1 Private events may be rescheduled or cancelled with 21 days or more notice to your class date without incurring additional cost

a. Any payments made to Omnom will be refunded (in the case of a cancellation), less the non-refundable $50.00 deposit

2.2 With less than 21 days notice to your class date, your private event may be rescheduled or cancelled, however, 10% of your total amount will be forfeited to cover incurred expenses.

2.3 With less than 14 days notice to your class date, your private event may be rescheduled or cancelled, however, 25% of your total amount will be forfeited to cover incurred expenses.

2.4 With less than 10 days notice to your class date, reschedules cannot be made, and no refunds for cancellations.

3. Changes to total number of attendees:

3.1 Attendee numbers may be amended with 10 days or more notice to your class date, at the discretion of Omnom

a. If approved by Omnom; For additional attendees, an amendment will be made to your invoice, and the remaining balance must be paid on that day.

b. If approved by Omnom; For reduced attendees, a refund will be initiated.

3.2 With less than 10 days notice to your class date, no refunds will be offered for reduced attendee numbers. Additional attendees may be added to your class at the discretion of Omnom.

START TIME


Classes run by OMNOM follow a strict start time. We advise all attendees to arrive on time for the beginning of the class. Doors to the venue will open at the scheduled start time of the event.
If an attendee is late to arrive for a class, it is their responsibility to catch up with the rest of the class and minimise disruption to other attendees and to the instructor.

๐Ÿ’ก General Policy

Omnom Cheese complies with the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described. This policy applies to all eligible purchases made via our online store or approved resellers.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Window

โ€ข You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

โ€ข The item must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

โ€ข We cannot accept returns for perishable goods (e.g., fresh cheese, kits containing perishable ingredients) once shipped, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

โ€ข Digital downloads and virtual masterclasses (access links cannot be revoked once issued)

โ€ข Gift cards

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refund Process

โ€ข Once your return is received and inspected, weโ€™ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

โ€ข Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

โ€ข Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or damaged on arrival.

๐Ÿงพ How to request a return

Email us at hello@omnomcheese.com.au with your order number and a photo (if applicable). Weโ€™ll guide you through the steps and provide a return address if needed.

๐Ÿšš Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was faulty or incorrectly sent.

If eligible, Omnom Cheese will supply a pre-paid return label for convenience.

โ€ข For classes or events, bookings are covered under our separate Class Terms & Conditions, which outline cancellation and rescheduling rules.

โ€ข Refunds for digital products (e.g., masterclass videos or PDF booklets) are not available once access links have been delivered unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

โ€ข Google Merchant Center return window set at: 30 days after delivery (standard for Australia).
