At this exciting class, you will enjoy a glass of rosé on arrival (or add on a bottomless package), while learning to make both Ricotta and Gnocchi from scratch. Finish with a sit-down meal of your amazing creations and any leftovers to take home an enjoy again!

We'll take you through a brief history and the theory of making perfect gnocchi, before you get your hands dirty mixing and kneading the delicate dough. While the dough rests, you’ll learn to make your own Ricotta using store-bought milk.

Finally, shape your Gnocchi and then sit back and relax while we cook and serve it to you with a delectable traditional Italian sauce.

This is a cheese making and gnocchi making class for beginners, which will leave you confident in your own ability to whip up gnocchi and ricotta in your own kitchen.
