The Halloumi Cheese Making Kit makes delicious halloumi and whey ricotta. Our beautiful, wooden, hot-embossed cheese making kit includes cheese making recipes, and all specialty ingredients and equipment needed. Just add milk! Perfect for beginners.

Each cheese can typically be made in under two hours, although straining, or chilling may take a little longer. 

This kit makes 4-5 kilograms of cheese, although this can vary slightly.
