Product Description

Vegetarian Rennet Tablets (24)

24 organic vegetarian rennet tablets perfectly dosed for the home cheese maker. Rennet is the key ingredient in most cheese making recipes and is used to turn milk into curds and whey These rennet tablets are produced by microbes, and thus contain no animal products.

Dosage: 1 tablet treats 2-4L of milk. The dosage of rennet required is dependent on the type of cheese you are making and the recipe you are using,

Storage Conditions: These tablets will last for up to 4 years at room temperature (un-opened), from the date of manufacture. They are best stored in the fridge after opening to maximise the shelf life.
