**Change of Mind**  
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once shipped.

**Damaged or Faulty Items**

- Include order number + photos  
- We’ll send a **replacement or full refund**

**Return Shipping**  
- Faulty/damaged: **Free return label provided**  

**Gift Vouchers**  
- Non-refundable  
- Valid for 3 years

**Refunds**  
Processed within **10 business days** of receiving return.  
Contact us if no refund after 15 days.
