Refund policy

📦 Physical Products (Cheese-making Kits, Merch, Gift Vouchers)


Change of Mind: We cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind once the product has been shipped.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incomplete, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping Costs:
If you are returning an item for reasons other than damage or fault, the buyer is responsible for return postage/shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Omnom Cheese is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Gift Vouchers: Non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, valid for 3 years from purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
