🧀 Refunds, Rebooking & Event Policy
Life happens — and we totally get that sometimes plans change.
Here’s our friendly guide to refunds, reschedules, and what happens if you can’t make your class 💛
🎟 Public Classes
No refunds are available for public event bookings — but we’re happy to help you reschedule when possible!

✳️ 8+ Days’ Notice
- You can transfer your ticket to someone else or reschedule to another available class — free of charge.
- If you’ve purchased a Cheese Board add-on, it will move with your booking at no cost.
⚠️ 24 Hours – 7 Days’ Notice
- You can reschedule your class for a $39 per person rebooking fee (payable before your new date is confirmed).
- This fee also applies if you’re isolating due to illness or Covid.
- If you added a Cheese Board, an extra $10 per board will apply to move it with your booking.
🚫 Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show
- Your ticket (and any Cheese Board add-ons) will be forfeited.
- This also applies if you’re unable to attend due to illness or Covid isolation.
🧀 Class Cancellations by Omnom
We always do our best to run every class, but occasionally we may need to cancel if minimum numbers aren’t met.
If this happens:
- You’ll be notified by email at least 24 hours in advance.
- You’ll receive a voucher equal to your ticket amount, which you can:Use to reschedule into another class, orSpend in our online cheese-making store.
(Refunds are not offered in this circumstance.)
🥂 Private Events
We love hosting private cheese adventures — here’s how deposits and changes work:
💰 Deposits & Payments
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time.
- Deposit is due within 2 days of receiving your invoice.
- The balance is due 28 days before your event.If your event is within 28 days, the total is due within 2 days of invoicing.
🔁 Reschedules or Cancellations
- 21+ days’ notice: You can reschedule or cancel — payments will be refunded minus the $50 deposit.
- 14–21 days’ notice: 10% of your total is forfeited to cover costs.
- 10–14 days’ notice: 25% of your total is forfeited.
- Less than 10 days: No refunds or reschedules available.
👯 Changing Guest Numbers
- 10+ days’ notice: You can adjust attendee numbers (subject to approval).More guests? We’ll update your invoice and collect the balance.Fewer guests? We’ll process a refund for the difference.
- Less than 10 days: No refunds for reduced numbers, but extra guests may be added at our discretion.
⏰ Start Times
We begin right on time (because milk waits for no one!).
Please arrive promptly — doors open at the scheduled start time.
If you’re late, you’re welcome to join in and catch up quietly — our instructors will do their best to help you rejoin the cheesy fun without disrupting others.
