At Omnom Cheese, we ship our cheese-making kits and consumables Australia-wide. Please read our shipping terms before placing an order.

🚚 Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details (if applicable).

📦 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (Australia Post or courier): 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping (Australia Post Express): 1–3 business days in most metro areas.

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

💰 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are flat-rates depending on whether you select standard or express post.

  • Free shipping promotions (when offered) will be applied automatically at checkout.

🎁 Gift Vouchers

  • Digital gift vouchers are delivered instantly via email.

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within Australia.

📧 Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by Australia Post or the courier service.

  • Omnom Cheese is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by the carrier, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

🔄 Returns Due to Incorrect Address

  • Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.
