Unhomogenised (also referred to as non-homogenised or cream-top) milk is widely available in Australia, the USA, UK, NZ & Singapore in the chilled section of most supermarkets, specialty food stores and health food stores. BUT, not all unhomogenised milk brands work for home cheese making (especially if you’re making mozzarella, burrata and bocconcini), so we’ve compiled a list of milk brands that actually work.
